On June 22, 2018, HHS published a Federal Register Notice (83 FR 29122) requesting public comment on initial criteria and potential programs and services to be considered for systematic review by the Prevention Services Clearinghouse.

On July 15, 2021, HHS published a Federal Register Notice (86 FR 37332) requesting public comment on the Clearinghouse’s Handbook of Standards and Procedures, Version 1.0. Responses to this FRN informed potential updates and clarifications to existing standards and procedures.

On October 24, 2023, HHS published a Federal Register Notice (88 FR 73021) requesting public comment on proposed changes and clarifications to existing standards and procedures in the Handbook of Standards and Procedures, Draft Version 2.0.
