Recommend a program or service for review by the Prevention Services Clearinghouse:
The Title IV-E Prevention Services Clearinghouse identifies programs and services using an inclusive process that invites public recommendations. The Clearinghouse holds a public call for recommendations on at least an annual basis. The most recent public call occurred in the fall of 2023 and is now closed. However, all recommendations received are logged and considered, not only those received in response to the annual public calls.
Recommendations should be for eligible programs and services that the Clearinghouse has not previously reviewed. A list of programs and services that have been reviewed by the Prevention Services Clearinghouse is posted on the Programs and Services Reviewed page.
All submitters will receive acknowledgement of their submission’s receipt, but the Prevention Services Clearinghouse will not inform individual submitters of the outcome of their submissions.

Past Submissions
The Clearinghouse has retained all past recommendations for programs and services. This includes responses to the 2018 Federal Register Notice (FRN) (83 FR 29122) as well as responses to the 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 public calls for program and service recommendations. The Clearinghouse will continue to retain recommendations received for consideration in future review cycles. The list of programs and services that have been recommended for review is posted on the Programs and Services Recommended for Review page.
