The Clearinghouse staff have logged all program and service recommendations received since 2018, including recommendations received in response to the 2018 Federal Register Notice (83 FR 29122), all annual public calls for program and service recommendations, recommendations from federal partners, and recommendations submitted to the Clearinghouse via email at any time.

This list includes recommendations received as of October 30, 2024. The Clearinghouse will update the list of recommended programs and services quarterly with one quarterly update coming within 60 days after the close of the annual public call.
Program and service names are retained exactly as submitted in the recommendation with minor corrections for spelling errors and formatting inconsistencies across program and service names. The Clearinghouse does not evaluate the accuracy of program and service names until the program or service is selected for review.
